today is Friday le.
in just a few hours time i have to wake up for morning jog at 5am.
anyone want accompany me!
I everytime jog myself very de sian one you know? ><
Tomorrow working split shift also. so will awake all the way.
breakfast huh, anyone?
until i start work at 11:30am till 1am at night liao wor. sian.
These few days keep tonning.
My energy starting to exhaust liao.
My left hand start shaking more often le... == nb.
dunno want to see doctor anot. haha.
those drama always hand shaking got bad things one.

one good thing is that my right ankle getting better le.
got do ankle rotation exercise everyday de okay! doctor say need de :p
See lah always anyhow,
my mom keep saying things like : '' boy ah, you dun liddat can anot, your age 17 only already got a body that is like a guy in his late 20s''.
But you see har, life is liddat de mah.
you got how much time now might as well just live with it.
enjoy life to e fullest. Got so many in life for you to experience , try , explore , achieve.
